Rates

The hotel has two seasons based on the amount of people that visit us: The High season which runs from Dec 15th to May 1st and the green season from May 2nd to Dec 14th.

General Policies:

Double occupancy rates. / Prices with tax included.

Breakfast included: Casa Turire style (coffee, tea , milk, orange juice, butter, toasts, “gallo pinto”, sausages and eggs).

Maximum 3 adults per room.
Children 3 years of age  or younger are free.
Maximum two kids per room accompanied by their parents. 
Children 4 -12 years of age pay US$20 plus 13% tax, which includes breakfast.

All reservation should be guaranteed by credit card prior to arrival.
All prepaid reservations quoted in dollars and paid in local currency should be calculated in “colones” based on the dollar exchange rate the date in which the deposit was made.
No pets allowed
